Individual outcomes vary. CureFast Urgent Care does not guarantee any specific diagnosis, treatment result, symptom relief, recovery timeline, work clearance, physical exam outcome, test result, or clinical outcome.
4. Appointments, Online Check-In, Walk-Ins, and Wait Times
CureFast Urgent Care may offer online check-in, appointment requests, walk-in visits, or third-party scheduling tools. Online check-in or appointment submission does not guarantee an exact appointment time, immediate provider availability, or that you will be seen without a wait.
Wait times may vary based on patient volume, acuity, staffing, emergencies, clinical needs, and other operational factors. Patients with urgent or higher-acuity needs may be prioritized at the discretion of clinical staff.
5. Pricing, Insurance, Self-Pay, and Payment Responsibility
CureFast Urgent Care may accept certain insurance plans and may offer self-pay options. Insurance participation, coverage, deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, and patient responsibility are determined by your insurance plan and may vary.
Information about insurance or pricing on this website is provided for general convenience and may change without notice. You are responsible for confirming your insurance coverage, benefits, network status, and financial responsibility with your insurance carrier.

6. Occupational Medicine, Drug Testing, and Employment-Related Services
CureFast Urgent Care may provide occupational medicine, drug testing, DOT/employment physicals, work injury care, employer-requested services, and related documentation.
Completion of an occupational health visit, physical exam, drug test, or work-related evaluation does not guarantee employment, clearance, certification, return-to-work authorization, or any specific result. Determinations may depend on applicable laws, employer policies, federal or state requirements, testing protocols, clinical findings, and third-party laboratory or review processes.
7. Communications and SMS/Text Messaging Terms
If you provide your phone number, you may be given the option to consent to receive SMS/text messages from CureFast Urgent Care.
7.1 Transactional / Care-Related Messages
If you opt in, we may send text messages related to your inquiry, online check-in, appointments, visit reminders, scheduling updates, care-related notifications, billing-related communications, or other service-related matters.

7.2 Marketing / Promotional Messages
