Physical exams help determine whether a patient meets certain health requirements for work, school, athletics, or other activities. CureFast Urgent Care provides efficient physical exams for a variety of needs, including school physicals, sports physicals, and camp physicals. 

During this exam, our clinical team may review your medical history, check vital signs, perform a basic physical assessment, and complete the required forms when appropriate. Depending on the type of physical, additional testing may be needed.

Patients should bring any required forms, identification, medication lists, glasses or contacts if used, and any school instructions. Walk-ins are welcome, and patients may also check in online before arriving for their physical exam.
